Door Decor

Hey, friends!  I have another recipe to share with you.  It was the first try and it was really yum! I did not think to take an up close picture of the dessert, so this picture is really so I can show off two of my favorite guys in my life!  But seriously, the dessert was a big hit - all gone, too.  No more. Oreo Cheesecake Ingredients: 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup milk 2 eggs 6 Oreo Chocolate Sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped (about 3/4 cup), divided 1 chocolate pie crust (6 oz) Oreo Cheesecake directions: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  In a large bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.  Gradually mix in vanilla, sugar, milk, and whipping cream.  Mix until smooth. 2.  Add eggs one at a time, mix just until blended.  Stire in 1/2 cup of the cookies. 3.  Pour mixture in crust.  Sprinkle the remaining chopped cookies on top. 4.  Bake for 35-40 minutes or until center is al
