The items you need are all from Dollar Tree or Dollar General. *Two fish bowls (small and smaller) *Mod Podge (gloss or matte) *White glitter *Sponge brush *A set of battery run 10 light strand and batteries *Ribbon or fabric for scarf *Your choice of hat or ear muffs (hat is an ornament from Dollar Tree. Dollar General also has some ornament hats. The ear muffs are made of 2 pom poms and a pipe cleaner.) *Face *Hot glue gun and glue I bought these two fish bowls at the Dollar Tree. They are two different sizes. Wash them, get the stickers off then wipe them down, inside and out with rubbing alcohol or vinegar water. Use the sponge brush to coat the inside one bowl with the Mod Podge. It does not need to be too thick because you do not want it to run and be drippy.
