Key Lime Cupcakes

Do you like Key Lime Pie?  If so, it is certain you will like these cupcakes!  This is what you need: Cupcakes: 1 box lemon cake mix 1 box (4-serving size) lime gelatin 3/4 cup water 1/3 cup lime juice 1/3 cup vegetable oil 3 eggs Heat oven to 350 Place paper baking cups in each of 24 regular size muffin cups.   Mix cupcake ingredients listed above on low then on medium, scraping bowl occasionally.  Pour into baking cups and bake 19-24 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.  Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Glaze 1 cup powdered sugar 2 1/2 tablespoons Key Lime juice In small bowl mix powdered sugar and lime juice and stir until smooth. With a toothpick, poke 3 -4 holes in cupcakes then put some glaze on top of cupcake. Nutella Stuffed French Toast with Strawberries

Deviled Eggs

I have never!!!!  Crab in my deviled eggs?  I have always done the basic, very plain deviled eggs.  Just adding mayo and mustard, sprinkled with paprika.  So this was something different for me to try.  And I must say, pretty good! Deviled Eggs 6 boiled eggs 6 oz can crab meat, rinse and drain well 3 1/2 TBSP mayonnaise 1 1/2 TBSP finely chopped celery (I left that out by mistake) 2 tsp dijion mustard 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp onion powder few drops of Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper

Creations from Pallets These are boxes Hank and I made from a pallet!  We cut, nailed, and stained.  Then I used them for Easter baskets for my kids!  Now they can use them for candle boxes, to keep hand towels, DVDs, or whatever!  

Cheese Spread with Crackers

My sister has made this really good spread and I did not realize it was from a local place there in Freehome. This is good stuff! Frosty Frog Cheese Spread 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup sour cream 3 to 4 oz. finely grated cheese 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic parsley to taste Place all ingredients in medium bowl.  Use electric mixer to mix all together.   Serve with crackers, celery, carrot sticks.
