This is so good, so easy, and did I say it's so good? Get out your crock pot. Put two skinless, boneless chicken breast on the bottom. It can still be frozen. Then get you out a can of black beans (rinse and drain). Put that on top of the chicken. Follow with a can of corn, drained, and a can of Rotel (your favorite type, for there are several). Now put a block of cream cheese (8 oz.) on top. Put the lid on the crock pot, set it on low and cook for 6-8 hours. I took the chicken out about an hour before we were going to eat and cut it up then put it back in the crock. It shredded so easily. Then stirred it up so the cream cheese was throughout it. You can serve it on rice. Let me know if you try it and like it.
OK, girlfriends, I'm ready to show you what I have been working on for weeks and weeks. I told you I was working on something for two special people - it is done! Let me tell you who, what, when, where, and why. For as long as I can remember I have given my girls a "Happy December" present. I just love the Christmas season so much that I am ready to begin the celebration. So on December 1 I would have a gift for my kids. They might come home from school and find a Christmas shirt on their bed or I would present them with Christmas socks or a Christmas trinket, maybe cookie cutters or sticker book. Just something. For fun! This year I made: Grapevine Christmas trees!!!! I had lots of help! My sister, Nancy, Mark, and Hank all helped me gather the vines. Poor Hank got poison twice from helping me find vines! Then I wrapped the vines around a tomato cage using the vines and thin wire. ...
Yes,it IS delicious! My BEST sister made it for me, and we enjoyed it. It's copied and in my recipe box, ready to go. THANKS for SHARING! (Nancy)
